This is a how-to update repack:

Remember to backup
Inside AzerothCore Progression Repack folder, you must DELETE updater folder
Extract AzerothCore-Individual Update.7z to repack folder, replace exe (everything) and new updater folder
Extract AC Individual Progression Update 2.1 (Hotfix).7z to repack folder.
Start "Start Server.bat"
